4.2 — Bonus Usage Restrictions

Bonus funds may only be used to play games available on the site. A player who has received a bonus may use their deposited amount to place bets beyond the bonus amount. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 — Bonus Cancellation

5.2 — Level Upgrades

VIP level upgrades depend on the player's betting activity and wagering volume. m9pp reserves the right to adjust VIP level changes, and all related decisions are final.

5.3 — Cashback Withdrawal
